The final round took place on 1 October. The contest is organised by the Directorate General for Translation of the European Commission for students of the European Master’s in Translation network with the aim of giving visibility to translation studies and the translation profession.
After weeks of carefully assessing the video presentations given by an initial group of 26 students on a wide range of subjects relating to translation and interpretation, nine finalists were selected to present their theses during a live session. After nine fascinating three-minute presentations, four winners were selected by the jury.
We would like to thank all the participants and wish them good luck in their future careers.
