The European Master’s in Translation (EMT) network is excited to announce the live online final of the 'Present Your Thesis in 3 Minutes' contest!
After a competitive first round, 10 finalists will now present their master’s theses — in just 3 minutes — in their mother tongue, with interpretation provided by the Directorate-General for Interpretation (DG SCIC).
These live presentations will take place before a distinguished jury composed of EMT Board members, Language Industry (LIND) experts, and translators from the Directorate-General for Translation (DGT). The jury will be chaired by Mr Jörgen Gren, Director of Technology at DGT.
The three winners will be invited to Brussels to receive their awards at the Translating Europe Forum, TEF2025, presented by Mr Christos Ellinides, Director-General of DGT.
