Last week we celebrated the one-year anniversary of DG Translation joining forces with DG Interpretation with a ‘KCTI 2025 wrapped’
16 January marked one year since translators and interpreters joined forces, transforming the Knowledge Centre on Interpretation into the Knowledge Centre on Translation and Interpretation, the KCTI, as we know it today.
We celebrated that with a ‘KCTI 2025 wrapped’ looking back at the accomplishments of the past year. Here are key take aways:
- 120 pages and 25 communities were updated
- 996 pages were translated
- The careers page was the most visited page of the KCTI in 2025
- Our most attended event was the LT-LiDER presentation, which had over 300 participants.
This could not have been done without you, our users, visiting the site, and we are excited to share more KCTI related events, careers, page updates, interviews, training tools and much more in 2026.
