9th International Conference on Public Service Interpreting and Translation (EXPERIENCE AND TRANSFORMATION IN PSIT)

The 9th International Conference on Public Service Interpreting and Translation (EXPERIENCE AND TRANSFORMATION IN PSIT) will take place in March 2026 at the University of Alcalá (Madrid, Spain), and will be exploring the multidimensional challenges facing contemporary societies. The conference's main objective is to foster debate on the challenges and advances in artificial intelligence, machine translation, and interpreting, and how they affect linguistic diversity, accessibility, and language communities in a hyperconnected world.
Researchers, educators, practitioners, and language service providers are invited to submit proposals in English or Spanish to contribute to fostering interdisciplinary and transdisciplinary debate on TISP, linguistic rights, and technology.
