Your workplace:
As a Senior Lecturer at the Institute of Romance Studies, you will mainly be employed in teaching Italian language courses. The Department of Romance Studies is part of the Faculty of Philological and Cultural Studies. It offers Bachelor’s, Master’s and PhD degree programs in five Romance languages and teacher-training courses for secondary schools in three languages (French, Italian and Spanish). The Department of Romance Studies is a large department with more than 100 staff members.
Your future tasks:
You hold courses independently within the scope of the provisions of the collective bargaining agreement. That means an average of 12 semester hours per week. You will take on administrative tasks, especially in the administration of teaching. We expect from you the ongoing reception of the current state of science as well as the didactic further training during the lecture-free time.
